Honey, High Fructose Corn Syrup, and the Problems with Nutrition Research

Simply a couple of weeks earlier, a research study was published in the Journal of Nutrition that several reports in the news media stated shown that honey was no better than sucrose as a sweetener, which high-fructose corn syrup was no even worse.
